Cancellation Policy

We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

You will be sent text and/or email reminders prior to your appointment.

Cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours of an appointment will result in a $150 fee

If you “No Show” once, You will be required to pay a non-refundable $200 deposit towards your next appointment

Two (2) “No Show” appointments will result in full pre-payment of your next service, non refundable

Three (3) “No Show” appointments and you will be dismissed from the practice

Booking An Appointment

To book an appointment we require your full name, phone number, e-mail address, date of birth and a credit card to keep on file for the cancellation policy.

You will be notified ahead of time if you will be charged for a deposit.

Payment & Refunds/Returns

Payment is due at the time of service. No refunds on services rendered

Retail products (non prescription) may be returned within 30 days of purchase for refund or account credit or exchange

By law there are no refunds on ANY Prescription medication

We do not accept any insurance

The use of a HSA or FSA card is at your own risk and we are not responsible if your claim for payment is denied.

Behavior

We will always treat you with respect and kindness, and we expect the same in return. Any aggressive or threatening behavior will not be tolerated and you will be immediately dismissed from the practice. If you have any problems or concerns with a service or product purchased from us, we are more than happy to do our absolute best to make you satisfied, but aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.

Right Of Refusal

We have the right to refuse treatment that we deem inappropriate.
